Rent Right started because managing Indian property from abroad — or from another city — was broken. WhatsApp chains, screenshot receipts, paper leases in cousins' drawers. We built what we wished existed.

The problem was everywhere.
The solution didn't exist.

Over 3.5 million Indians own residential property back home while living abroad. Millions more manage property remotely within India. Every single one of them was using WhatsApp, Excel, and sheer anxiety to keep things running.

Rent collection was manual. Tenant verification was word-of-mouth. Maintenance was a nightmare. Agreements were either missing or unenforceable. And brokers extracted fees from tenants who had no alternative.

WhatsApp Rent Collection + UPI

Landlords were already living on WhatsApp. We met them there — with automated reminders, one-tap UPI links, and instant confirmation. No more chasing.

Aadhaar + PAN Tenant KYC

A tenant's word is not enough when you're 5,000 km away. Aadhaar OTP authentication via UIDAI, PAN validation, and optional face matching — so you know exactly who lives in your property.

Digital Rent Agreements (Aadhaar eSign)

Paper leases get lost. WhatsApp agreements are unenforceable. We generate state-specific legal templates, auto-fill them from your data, and execute them with Aadhaar OTP — valid under the IT Act 2000.

Deposit Shield for Security Deposits

Security deposit disputes are the #1 source of owner-tenant conflict. Deposit Shield protects the deposit, manages itemised deduction claims with photo evidence, and issues fair-wear-based recommendations when parties disagree.

Verified Vendor Network

Plumbers at 2 AM. AC repairs. Painting before a new tenant. We built a network of pre-screened vendors in 6 cities so landlords can dispatch maintenance from their phone, anywhere in the world.

Zero-Broker Tenant Marketplace

Brokers add cost without adding value for tenants. Direct landlord-to-tenant listings mean lower move-in costs, faster matching, and verified properties on both sides.
